Our Manufacturing and Fabrication facility is on 8 acres of land, and has over 23,000 square feet of sheltered shop space, and climate controlled office space. The building is equipped with all of the necessary tools to manufacture the state of the art rigs that Orion customers have come to expect. Masts, Substructures, Mud Tanks, and much more are fabricated in this facility. The large amount of indoor space allows us to build two drilling rigs simultaneously, regardless of weather conditions.
The building is staffed with the best talent Corpus Christi has to offer. Process & Design Engineers, QC managers, welders, mechanics, and electricians work together to build the most efficiently engineered drilling rigs in the industry.
